Firstly, we would like to reassure you that our levels of stock are secure, as are our supply chains and our distribution networks. Our installation teams and State distributors are also all operating as normal.
Additionally, we have implemented strict procedures to protect our employees and contractors by introducing our own Health Management Procedures (Guided by Department of Health recommendations) to combat the spread of the virus and to protect our staff, their families and our customers.
These practices include social distancing in the workplace wherever practical, rigorous personal hygiene at all times, working online and from home for some staff where practical, E-meetings, mandatory reporting and exclusion from the workplace if anyone is exhibiting symptoms.
